My work is based on openness and fairness. Therefore, I would like to point out the following:

Conscious Uncoupling Coaching is not a therapy. I only work with mentally healthy people. People with pathological disorders, addictions or suicidal thoughts require medical care.

The same applies to violence and abuse experiences in marriage or partnership. If you have experienced or are experiencing it, you´ll probably need medical, psychological, legal and / or police support. Women’s counselors, women’s shelters or the nationwide help phone lines (bundesweites Hilfetelefon) can be a first stop.

Professional liability insurance for legal profession and mediation
The professional liability insurance exists at ERGO Versicherung AG, Viktoriaplatz 1, 40477 Düsseldorf. The territorial scope of the insurance covers activities in Germany and other European countries and thus meets at least the requirements of the regulations in accordance with § 51 Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO).

Liability for content
As a service provider I am responsible according to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG for own content on these pages according to general law provisions. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of obtaining knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of violations I will remove this content immediately.
